This luxurious, golden honey coloured dry oil has become one of my favourites since I first opened the heavy glass bottle, the first sign of a high end product.The first thing that hits you is the smell of this oil, I was instantly transported to a warm balcony over looking a Mediterranean garden as the sun is setting in the distance.
It is not surprising that the silky oil brings forward this image as it contains notes of Mediterranean mandarin, orange and bitter orange essential oils. It also is packed with the scents of orange blossom, feminine Jasmine and Atlas cedar.There are even more natural oils added to soften and nourish the skin. These include Almond oil, Macadamia oil and Evening primrose among others.
When misting this oil all over my body and massaging it in especially over areas such as knees and elbows, what you notice is that is sinks into the skin leaving velvet like softness. It is fabulous to wear on an evening as it leaves a very subtle sheen on the skin that looks great when wearing dresses.
Roger&Gallet have made sure that this product was tested under dermatological supervision before its launch. It is silicon free and non-comedogenic so even dry and sensitive skins can benefit from this golden oil.
